Well actually this was my first time ever really painting other than on shoes... So I wasnt at all prepared, I had no big brushes and wasnt sure what paint to get so I got acrylic...  I cut up an old shirt and folded the pieces over many times to use as like a hand brushy thing and that's how I was able to paint the gradients and big spaces ;w; I realized that no matter how neat you are, when you paint your fingers always get painted too xD
