i diont think there is any rly good resource hacking tutorials for vista yet.
only on visualstyle making.
but there is for xp.. cant rly remember the site.. but if u read alot on that page u can get some idés of how it works

uhm the file to edit the run dialog is [link] u find that in the en_US folder in ur system32 folder

but if it doesnt change restart ur comp in failsafe and restart again.. cuz sometimes vista doesnt update the mui files rly until u do that!

how would i restart my comp in failsafe?
is that the same as restarting it into safe mode?
