Yeah, as long as you're only using it for yourself and not posting it anywhere and/or giving it to someone. If you'd like to use it as a default cursor on a website, all I ask is that you give me credit and post a link to this deviation somewhere. But you're more than welcome to use it on your personal computer.

Sure thing. Which character would you like? And if it's Gir, what form (dog or robot)? I'll be making the robot one soon, so if you like you can wait till I finish that to decide.
What kind of customizations would you like? Name/background/special colors/etc? I can do Irken text if you'd prefer that over English. And would you like any kind of animation?

That'll be simple enough. So dog-Gir with a clear background and Irken text saying "kari". I'll let you know if there are any hangups with the blink, but I know for sure I can do the rest pretty much right away.
