Description
For the on going support to stop France bullying and people saying horrible false things about him. He is the country of love, so lets give him some love!He’s been threw hell his whole life, one of the worlds oldest nations. Been threw and seen so many things. Watched people he loved die. He must be so lonely. I think, France cares deeply for his people. But is afraid to love people, because they’ll die in a few years. But, he doesn’t want people to go threw life unloved, so he smiles and shows them gratetude. It's tragic, France the Coutntry of Love, who isn't aloud to love. People really need to realize that France is the representation of a country, so of course he’s been through pain. Even though he’s been through so much, he’s still kind, caring, and considerate. But what does he get? HATE.

Do you think Himaruya is mad about his work being everywhere? All the other great artist? People post work on Fanpop and tumblr, there is places for art on there. Don't see people b*tching on there. She posted that on HER Tumblr. From HER OWN computer, from HER OWN drawing program FROM HER IMAGINATION. See how that works? IT'S STILL hers. And reading the comments, she's is uncomfortable having it on your page, and has asked you twice. You did stuff, but you used something without permission, and that is what's WRONG with it.

She isn't POSTING she is REBLOGGING, and the source of the original artist is STILL THERE AT THE BOTTOM, if it isn't the original, and get caught, they'll get hell JUST LIKE YOU. If you don't know how these sites work, don't complain and talk bad about them. We are talking about DEVIANTART, where there is a REPORT BUTTON FOR THEFT LIKE THIS, and if the artist chooses, or some of the people who watch her so choose, they can REPORT.

I am not trying to pick a fight with you or anything, but I have read through the comments. It is obvious and very clear that Hubedihubbe wishes for you to please take this picture down, as you have used a piece of her art without permission. Please do respect her wishes and take this down.
And just to inform you of what art theft is, as you seem to have misunderstood something;
Yes. Art theft is using a picture, claiming it is yours without permission, just as you say. But that isn't the whole definition. Using someone else's art, even if just a piece of it, simply without asking permission is theft. You are illegaly using something someone else has used a lot of time on - and here the original artist even asks you politely to please take this down to respect her wishes. That is theft.
If the artist says no, you simply can't use it for anything. If she says she feel uncomfortable with her art in your gallery, it would be wisest to respect that and just take the picture down, instead of creating a massive drama.
Oh, and just to make one thing clear; just because it's requested to have this taken down, that doesn't mean it's being said people can't enjoy and be inspired by her art. She just doesn't want it to be used without permission.
Now, clearly this picture has a great meaning. I understand that and it's well made, ect. But please take it down.
Yes, the picture will be on other sites. (I hope you know using Tumblr as an example is quite stupid, as the original artist put it there itself and it's being reblogged around?) But that does not give you the right to use it like this and refuse to put it down. It will make little difference, but a difference nontheless.

Ok, then tumblr is in BIG trouble then and so is photobucket and any other site in the world. Because their is screencaps and fanart everywhere. And *gasps* people are asking to post them! If you don't want people using something, then you don't post it. I see my work around all the time, I don't throw a fit over it.

Yes, you're right. There are screencaps and there is fanart. However, none of those are art theft. Sreenshots are obvious screencaps of official work - that doesn't make it stealing to post it or reblog it. Fanart - do I have to explain it? It's art done by fans, that isn't stealing.
What you have here is neither of your examples. It's theft. The artist don't want it to be used like this, hence you don't have the rights. Yes, it's fanart of France, but the artwork is copyrighted to the artist.
You honestly don't have any rights to use it, no matter how much you may want to.
Also, yes it does make a slight difference. Ver little, but still some. This is indeed a site, so is... let's say zerochan. Neither have the rights to post art which don't belong to them, yet people do. Just because others do it, doesn't you rights to do it. If you don't remove this, it is stealing. You are using someone else's work without permission.
Also, not to be rude, but no one cares if you see your work all around. No one cares if you don't throw a fit over it. Because this is not about you, this is about art theft and the fact that what you are doing is wrong. Even if you think it's fine for someone to use your art without asking, that doesn't mean everyone else does.
And I'd like to ask you what Hubedihubbe have posted on tumblr which doesn't belong to her, and which she hasn't recieved permission to. Because in all honesty, I haven't taken notice to anything. However, as tempting as it might is, I don't want to make this into an ugly argument. I am simply choosing a side and trying to prevent art theft.

No, I am not saying that is okay at all. It is never okay to pot someone else's work anywhere. Zerochan, for instance, there is no way to control what people do there. Most of what's on that webpage is theft.
But you don't seem to be reading - or paying attention to/caring for what I'm saying to you.
It's not okay to take art you like and post it everywhere you feel like. The art isn't yours to post. And to edit others art and post it isn't okay either. Even if you gave credit, that doesn't make the art yours and if the original artist wants it taken down, you should be polite enough to respect their wishes. It's called common decency.
Look, I am tired and getting slightly annoyed and I really do not want to make this into a big drama.

No, it's the truth. It's the samething, it's the internat. You post something, people are going to use it and post it somewhere else. Do you watch TV shows? Screencaps are everywhere. AMVs? Fanart is full of them. Are you going to cry when you see your work in them. Frankly, you just sound ungreatful that way. And makes people think 'Fine, you're not getting any of my support'
