Yup. You heard right. ZIMASK, my fanmade version of Invader ZIM in the MASK, (from the new line cinema movie with Jim Carrey.) is coming back! And no, it has nothing to do with ZIM coming back in two movies, (Enter the Florpus and The Doom Movie *fan film by Stanley Orr* (Are you OK with me still calling it a movie/ fan film? Just wanna make sure you’re cool with it.)
Okay...I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a little influenced by the awesome return of our favorite Irken Invader through an official and unofficial movie.

Just some quick backstory, though: My original Idea for ZIMASK was to create an entire fan made over arcing story that would be happening in the background While ZIM and the Mask (mostly the Mask) would be having crazy off the wall adventures in a really weird logicless way that only ZIM in the Mask could accomplish. (As you probably might have guessed, this idea was spawned from watching Time Lord Paradox’s Mario And Luigi: The Mask fan made sprite series on YouTube, and reading funnytime77’s Loud House x The Mask fan fiction series (Both of which are AWESOME btw! 😆👍😋 Love both of your work! keep up the Epic work you guys! 😉)

Now back to the Backstory: As I thought about it more, I decided that, while making an over arcing plot for ZIMASK would be hecka awesome, at the end of the day, It would just be too much all at once for me at this time to commit myself to something as big as an over arcing story, fan fiction or otherwise. I actually think that a series of self contained adventures and stories would feel a lot more easier on me since I have other things I need to focus on, mainly with college work on the horizon, and I need to focus on that before I can do anything else.

So, Yeah. Don’t expect anything super crazy and lore heavy from my fan made ZIMASK series. It’ll simply just be exploring the wackyness of the concept of if ZIM obtained the Mask of Loki and all the insanity that comes with that concept. It’ll just be easier for me to handle.
