Description
When I animated this(using www.iaza.com), I repeated frame 13 about 5 times, and had it at 1/5second speed.Rules:
Free to use, just credit.
You may not make these for any profit whatsoever including real money, points, or fake money on other sites.
You may edit the picture however you wish, but credit me for the original design.

I would love to use this, but you saved it as JPG and I can only work with PNG's :/

Well the thing is, once saved to JPG, even converting it back to PNG it will still have pixels. It will need to be retraced all over again and re-saved as PNG.
I make bases, It's happened to me accidentally before

Well, poo. PNG is a paint file right? And JPG is picture? Either wya i gotta remake it and upload it onto my new account anyway so you can check there it'll be up soon :3

Yep. PNG allows MS paint users to fill it in smoothly, if you accidentally save a PNG picture to a JPG, that picture no longer becomes MS paint friendly and becomes extremely pixeled due to it being a regular photograph now
