This is Charlie! And I do admit that he is a vampire no matter what I said on my fanartcentral account(where I have the same username) I just had a hyper moment where I just had to draw.------------------------------------
EDIT: Charlie is no longer a vampire. His character is completly changed and I have yet to draw the new version of him. Check out gallery for non-vampire pictures of him and descriptions.

I really proud of this pic as I am most of my art. I do have some regret about the arrow(which has no real meaning!) since I want it to be an exclaimation point now.

You could always make it an exclaimation mark in Paint.
