Angelica was the hardest one to do, mostly cause she's inthe middle and i had to decide what her hair should look like.

i made her eyes purple to match her dress.

Phil, Susan, and Lil's eyes are blue

Kimi and Dill's eyes are black

Tommy's eyes are gray

i also had to choose what each one of their hairstyles would look like, and their clothes are both from:
Rugrats and All Grown Up!

Reason For this:

Well, i was listening to the Rugrats Theory, so i thought i could make an anime version of them. Then i saw the base...i was like YES! it was perfect for depicting each one of them, so i used it for the pic.
