Looks like Breezie's not the only TV show-turned-comic character to become a Gem!

Base Character: Princess Sally Alicia Acorn
Series: Sonic the Hedgehog (aka Sonic SatAM)
First Appearance: September 18th, 1993
Gem: Sapphire
Nickname: Sally, Sal, Princess, My Sapphire (by her Diamond)
Gender: Female
Gem Location: Left side of her head
Weapons: Levitation, Cryokinesis, Future Vision, Great leadership skills and strategy planning, High intelligence and computer hacking skills, and great acrobatics

Made in a peaceful colony by a kind-hearted Diamond, she was one of the most trusted right-hand Gems to the point that she was seen as their 'Princess'. However, a mad scientist discovered a method of removing Gems free will and thoughts, reducing them to slaves, and launched an attack. This caused the Diamond to disappear, and in the midst of the devastation, this brave Sapphire became the leader of the Freedom Fighters. Highly intelligent, confident, deliberate, and mature, as well as strong-willed, determined, no-nonsense, down to earth, and overcautious, she hopes to overpower the tyrant and find her Diamond in order to restore peace and happiness to her once beautiful home.

The only time I've ever drawn Sally Acorn was for an art trade a long time ago. I've been thinking about remaking that work for a long time. Plus, I just realized something. We have Princess Peach and Princess Sally, and they're both Sapphires in this project! Their personalities are similar to certain Gems we know and love. Pretty freaky coincidence, huh? If Sally were fused with a Ruby, imagine the Garnet they would create!
