Cool, how did you cut out or put together the gingy? I never have luck making the parts equal.

Haha well I just sort of cut him out roughly then shaped him to perfection(ish) freehand. I think I might have cut the arms out seperately, but basically I think it was all just luck...

I tried it and he smeared everywhere. I think my clay is too soft.

Oh no! yes it sounds like your clay is too soft.. I use Fimo or sometimes Sculpey. Or it could be that the clay is too warm, perhaps you have hot hands..! I would suggest making sure the clay, your hands and the room is nice and cool before making little gingerbread men
