excellent shot! this bird looks more like an immature marsh harrier than a female because of the whitish lines on the uppercover but i could be wrong. you might want to correct the exposure in PS but great job anyway!

err... I could be wrong, but it looks like a female marsh harrier (those light patches on the head), not black kite..
