The below map shows what countries (and how many) have had Women Leaders.

NOTES:
-Only leaders with power are counted, so non-absolute monarchs, ceremonial positions and de facto powerless positions
(ex. a PM where the President is a Dictator) are not counted.
-This map only refers to the modern era and from the point that a country (re)gained its independence.
-The countries with the most are are San Marino 19 and Switzerland 10; the unique nature of both countries is the reason that they've both had so many more female leaders, with San Marino's leadership being a Diarchy that has terms of six months and Switzerland's executive taking the form of a Federal Council of five people.
-Eswatini is unique as it is a duarchic Absolute Monarchy in which their is a male and female position.
