Wow, you really uped your game for this one. The fog from her breath is incredibly well-done, I almost didn't think it was pixels at first. The flowing of her clothes is also nice, they feel very natural in their swaying. Lastly, her sword (I think it's a katana of some sort, right?) looks wonderful, especially the blood on it. The background is great, it's simple but detailed and fits the scene perfectly well. Fantastic work as always Ioru!

Thank you! In fact, only her frosty breath is not pixelated The background and foreground were originally pixelated but I used some blur filters to create depth. So, it's a kind of a mix of pixel art and non-pixel art?
Yeah, it's a katana, but I think I should have placed it into perspective, oops.

Oh! Well that's how good your art is, I can't even tell what's pixelated and what's not. Although now I feel like a bit of an idiot . That's a cool way of going about things though, mixed mediums can work really well.
It looks fine, don't worry. Besides, there'll be future art works to make sure it doesn't happen again. If that's the biggest mistake in this, I say you did a damn good job creating this

Haha, you absolutely shouldn't feel like that I did it because I though it would look better, besides this pic is pretty high res for a pixel art piece.

Thanks . It does look better, if it were actually pixelated I'm not sure it would look as good, and at worst could have detracted from the mood of the piece somewhat.
I'm glad you're so eager to experiment, that's why you're one of my favorite artists .
