Well the ways I print it are on a laser printer with card stock. If you want a foil, the best way to do it is get a pre-4th ed foil land card. Grab a cotton ball soaked in rubbing alcohol and remove the ink from the front of the card, leaving you with just the foil. Then you print the image on clear sticker paper then cutting it and sticking it to the card. There are plenty of youtube videos on how to do it :]
feel free to take this image to use. I do not mind. I would however love to see the card once you use it :]

I may be inclined to try your way, but I'm curious, do you do anything to it after you've printed it to make it seem more... like a card? I have card stock but I know it won't have that same feel. Also, is there an image difference between laser jet and inkjet?

I take a basic land and peel it in half, then put the printed image and one of the halves in the sleeve. Its not the same, but it works for casual gaming like EDH. as for the print difference, there is a difference, but depending on how much of a perfectionist you are, it might not be enough to really sweat over. All in all, I prefer laser jets.

Well, I don't have the fancy kind of things like that, I realized that you need the sticky printing stuff for that, or at least it looked like you did, the stickers. So I just did it like a proxy, since I'm a broke ass college student. Printed it at the highest quality my printer would allow, cut it out, stuck it in front of the actual card. Came out pretty well, actually, if not a bit dark.

Only thing that does, too broke for anything else. Everyone thinks they're real alters until I tell them otherwise, or, they take it out of the sleeve.
