Whenever I see pictures relating to all the snowfall in America, I can't help but think about how ironic it is that here in Australia its so hot & dry we're worried about bushfires

I know a remedy that might help your muscles!
This is what you do:
1.Either drink pickle or wax-bell pepper juice (or milk if your not lactose intolerant)
2.massage your sore muscles
3.lay in cold water for a bit (untightens the muscles)
