I wanted to say somthing before on this page but i was a little shy .As horrible as its sound I remember that i have read about (in the old age) how royalty would put their own child together to have 'pure royal kids' its wasnt that much of a good idea tough ...its could end up with unstables human being ruling the kingdom or child with disformed body . Im sure two sibling can end up with healty kid but its a risk when there is too much generations doing it .

I'm with Kiara on this. If it's not common for incest breeding in their Kingdom (maybe it's heard of elsewhere), then it would come across as a shock.
It's not the same situation with her and Kovu at all. If they were related, most people do it as second or third cousins of some sort.
Unfortunately they've set this cub up for some trouble. It's bad enough they are siblings, but you share blood with your ancestors from thousands of years back. These two have likely given this baby a ton of issues. Adopting would have been a more understandable route.

The stillborn cub on the first page, and in the movie Kiara was a butterball that believed in peace and everyone is the same and so and so. How did she become mean and cruel as she is now? I mean, sure its incest but she respected people's wishes in the movie, why not her cubs now?

That cub isn't a stillborn, just very, very weak.
It's been many years after the movie took place, she has suffered plenty of hardships and has the burden of ruling an entire kingdom on her shoulders. People change over time, so did she.
