A character from 3PISODE5.You actually know who he is... kind of....

PLEASE STOP COMPARING HIM TO OTHER CHARACTERS.
HIS DESIGN WAS NOT COPIED, INSPIRED, OR STOLEN FROM ANYONE OR ANYTHING.
SO STOP.
I worked very hard on this character, racked my brain even to design him. I used no references, and am very proud of my hard work.
Accusing my of copying or stealing is offensive, and comparing him to other characters makes me feel like my original ideas are shit, even if you attempt to compliment me afterwards.
So please just stop.

Really cool design! the colors really stand out, and the line scratches make it look like the character is powered by electricity or fire.
I am also going to take a wild guess that this might be Commercial Chaos? I only take this guess because of some similarities to the body shape (the torso in particular), neck (I notice commercial chaos also has a blue neck), and how he is described in the description for the cover of 3pisode5.
I could be completely wrong though
