The trails of the lab, SORUS were far behind him now. He was older, wiser, braver. The scared dragon that had left the cell had grown into a magnificent buck, his body strong and powerful, nothing like the sick weakling that had left SORUS.
He felt proud, and so he should - he had come a long way from being the scared mess he once was.
To celebrate his own self worth, he rised his head and threw out his loudest roar to the thundering skies. He was no longer the weak, no longer the sick. He had a family to protect and friends to look out for.
He was the resilient survivor, and he would stay that way .
