Hmmm, well, i always uses scan-n'-paint~(and what's that scan-n'-paint thingy? -_-
First I sketch use a paper and pencil
Second I lineart them using tracing method (and yes, the lineart is done manually)
Finally i scan it~ and color it using photoshop~
