mann... I wish I draw like this everyday~ xDlol, this is a character from Evangelion (I think) lol. I don't watch Evangelion though. :3
I think this is A-02 lilith XX.. LOLOL seriously, I don't really know.
I saw her in a manga magazine (Gempak). and decided to draw her. =3 so yeah, I had reference. and it turned out great~~ xDD
the wings were the hard part. =3=
so anyways, enjoyyy~ and bubye~ :3

I dunno bout the wings tho, never seen it on her (or so I think)
Anyways, I think you need to get her anatomy (for a girl) right; the hips of a girl are wider and the shoulder are a bit smaller; men are otherwise.
BTW, make sure the legs are half of the total height of the character. The hands and feet seems small in this drawing. The waist seems low and kinda makes her kinda chubby.
