Sorry if I seem rude.
While I love her design, the colors seem a bit bright and tend to clash a lot. It would be easier to pick 3 or 4 colors as the base, so it would be easier to recreate, and the mismatched legs don't really made sense. Maybe add more dislikes and personality info(you probably posted this somewhere, but I didn't see it) so we can get a better understanding of your character. Other that the ref is fine.
