Just realised I haven't posted anything on DA since March! Not sure if anybody's noticed though, DA's been very quiet for me lately, hardly any comments. Anyway, I thought I'd post a little WIP. Sorry about poor quality picture, my hubby sneaks up on me every once in a while and photographs me drawing with his phone and this is one of the pictures he's taken. I'm working on a drawing for a competition and I'm only allowed to use pencils. I haven't done a full colour pencil drawing in a long time and I constantly find myself wanting to paint over my drawing! Well, at least fix the hair and add finer details. I'm working on Canson paper for pastels and it's quite textured, I do like the effect but it leaves almost no room for very fine details. Nevertheless, I'm happy with the progress so far.
