For the contest held at although I'm not participating for the prizes since I'm a mod there so I can't win

The prompt was to draw what our character does for Halloween!!

My character is a monarch and he runs away from the palace quite often, so I say he'd take advantage of the mess caused by Halloween preparations to sneak out once again.

Choosing to wear some weird wizard clothes to camouflage with the masses, he travels out of the country for the night, now getting closer to the port town of Ilibrium in the cross-border zone. His advisor and escort Jean Francois is spazzing back in the palace, wondering where the heck the Emperor has run off to this time. Meanwhile, the monarch takes a break on the way and breathes in the scent of the sea; he really enjoys forgetting about his responsibilities, from time to time.

I talk about the cross-border zone here! Just to say that soon we're having quests/challenges in that zone, mainly illegal ones since it's a lawless zone \0/ It's gonna be cool, hopefully!
