I don't think I've ever spent this long on any other painting. Must be the stress.When I sent the lineart to *friskyspirit , she said that for the background I should draw a starry night with big full moon... and a candle... and she should be sitting in some boat. So I thank *friskyspirit for the big inspiration!
I used reference (a friend) for the pose, and still got the angle wrong X] I noticed too late.

Also, the shading on the face has really been bugging me for a long time, I've been meaning to change it because it definitely is way too flat-looking.

N-no, don't. It's really embarrassing. I did a clean-up not too long ago, but I had to leave the 100 themes project ones, because I don't want to delete and redo the challenge. Especially since in 5 months I'll look at what I've done now and will be embarrassed
