Amani is in many ways his sister’s opposite. While Vizuri is fun loving and carefree, Amani is serious and a bit of a perfectionist.
Hearing the stories and the deeds of his parents and grandparents, he thinks he has a lot to live up to. Amani always tries his best to be the perfect prince and to never screw up in any way, which he often fails with because he is not hard provoke or manipulate.

He gets along ok with the rest of the cubs. But because of his serious nature many consider Amani a bit of a bore.

Amani also have issues with his confidence, has a bad habit to always compare himself to others and never consider himself good enough. His parents tries their best to encourage him, telling him he is doing just fine, that it’s normal to fail sometimes and that they are still proud of him. But it’s not always enough. It becomes a bit better as he grows up and matures, but his confident remains bad even as an adult.

Will I ever draw this guy with a smile on his face!? xD ... Maybe some day ^^.

Amani hasn't got too much attention in the comic or the story in general so far. While he is not exactly a main character, he'll still have a important role later on ^^.

I actually started on Amani's character sheet about the same time as Vizuri's, but at some point when working on it I accidentally joined the line art layer with the sketch. Clear line-art often takes like 1 hour + for me to make, so lets just say it took a while before I wanted to see this picture again after that.^^
