It confuses me a lot too, my thinking has always been that the higher the level, the older they are. But that makes me sad because I always imagine Asi and Phan as really young

I've only taken level into consideration of their experience, so while levels can come with age, they don't determine it. My only hang up is how fast they reach maturity compared to humans.
