No limits for species will be enforced. Breeding is already a long process, so rare Dragons will continue to remain rare so long as the group doesn't work hard to make them otherwise. I wouldn't impose rules to hinder such an effort. c:

The Special trait has a small chance of being passed on, and only to offspring of the same species. This in mind, no Hybrid can also be a Special.
