So I'm gonna be honest and say that this is a very personal piece because I made it thinking about me and how most persons refuse/don't even bother/don't care to look beyond the surface and judge only based on superficial stuff.
It's about how somehow I feel trapped between the person people want me to be/how they see me and how I really feel/am [wow. deep stuff
]. Of course it's exagerated
...It's not like I'm happy happy joy joy on the outside and suicidal on the inside

I agree with ashley, I have those exact feelings too, but honestly in my case I had what's beneath the surface. I'm no photoshop expert nor an amature actually Lol but it would look great if the pictures were blended. Otherwise the picture is awesome and the subject and meaning in it is deep.
