I mostly find them on leaves around the garden but there are fewer now. Last month was a good time. I find they are better than most bugs as they show up more being red and stay still most of the time. The only thing I could suggest is look hard for red spots on leaves.   Mmmmm sorry, good luck.

I'll try, I've never found them in my garden though, you lucky.... But I guess the simpliest thing is to notice them. Like I've got some great pics of butterflies I'm a lil afraid to upload here cause I'm hetro, but they just almost came to me, I had to capture them. I'll have a good look out at the start of next Autumn for the lil lady birds.
