Um....I guess its me? I donno, but it was fun to make, no PSP7 effects added! All pixils! Including the Eye, whitch was very fun to make! Made this out of boredom, whitch than became fun, don't ask me where the colour combination came from, it came from the top of my head!

xD I even made a lilvee one but I'm not going to upload it.
