No, not everyone. John Jenkins has a Cockney accent, and Angus is Scottish. In Arthur McBride, Arthur and Darby are the only two main Irish characters. The Sergeant and most of the other soldiers of their regiment are English.

You're welcome. Maybe sometime I could write out a journal and list all my characters with each of their accents next to them, so you'll know which characters have Irish accents, and which ones don't.
