So.... I'm seriously really working on editing my book, Hideaway. I added a part at the beginning and now I'm completely rewriting the original beginning, which will probably end up being chapter 2.Anyway, I basically wrote 2k words for an hour and then drew these pictures. After I edited them in photoshop, did I go back to writing? No, I've just been sitting here staring at them. lol.
The first picture is from Carly's first scene, and the second one is from Arthur's first scene. It's before they met for the first time

I can't imagine what Arthur is doing... but Carly looks like she's either texting someone or worrying about her stalker and how her life will change xD; anywho- lovely drawings! ^O^

haha, yes you're right about Carly. The Arthur one is from an added scene. He almost accidentally pokes his eye with the tiny umbrella.

I am so seriously curious about what Arthur is doing XD I'm guessing his umbrella poked him in the eye and now he is confused. And therefore his buddy (I can't for the life of me remember his name right now, Peter?) is laughing and saying how Arthur needs to lighten up.

LOL when I read this, I was thinking you know these characters a bit too well. haha! In the new scene, Paul (close with the P name!) drags Arthur to the fall mixer at school (which is Hawaiian themed.) Then Paul ditches Arthur to flirt with some girls (typical) and Arthur runs into Becca at the refreshment table... where he almost pokes his eye out with the umbrella. XD

I'm trying. I met a self published author on a writing facebook group who convinced me I should go for it. Editing is such a huge task that it overwhelms me, but I'm going to try and take it one chapter at a time. Have I sent you the new beginning chapter? Would you like it and the new original beginning chapter? (I'm still working on that one)
