Haha this was inspired by my Across the Universe picture since it had all bright colors. And that picture was veryyy fun to draw and color, so i figured why not try more pictures with bright colors!
So hopefully I will soon have more bright colored random pictures up on dev art.

I forgot! I got the idea also from a picture on photobucket, i guess someone edited the image, and i thought well THAT IS AWESOME! so i decided to draw and color it!
