To celebrate the 25th anniversary of The Elder Scroll, I redraw Iris' first portrait (and my first ever fanart) (I finally watch the 25 years of TES video)

Tbh, I was touched. Skyrim was the first open world game I played (still playing), without sharing a gameplay with the rest of my siblings. I remember I was hooked instantly when I played it, and that was that time when I shared a laptop with my brother. Once I has mine, I jumped head first to learn everything I could involving TES. In time, I learned about the modding community (Thanks Mxr! ) and this led my to study some of computer tech I need to get my game going to which I am grateful for. Skyrim also helped me through life. and corrupting my classmate who play the typical games such as gta-like, cs-like, mario-like and the sorts

Playing Skyrim led me to create Iris. She was the first leap as well as the first stepping stone in almost everything I have in my life. I remember her character was just me with layered armour that just slashing around with swords and 'tgm' before she became her own person. She also helped me to improve my art all those years ago. (most of my sketches were of her than my OCs)

Drawing Iris made me draw digitally. I had this fear to use something I'm not familiar with, as digitalart was quite new for me. But through time, I was able to gained more confidence. And thus, this brought me to here, devaintart. Here, I made new friends. Here, I expand my horizon.

Here, and Skyrim shaped me properly like tumblr taught me more on life than my parents and their filters.

Skyrim was able to open my eyes to a completely different universe. It was the first step of my infancy.
Despite all the bugs (hillarious or not), the good and bad expectation, the enjoyment, the help you gave to me and others, it was appreciated.
