a very late reply here, as is usual for me, but to answer your question: Gimp. it's a free program that can be useful as practice for beginners who haven't quite gotten used to PS's enormous gallery of options.

Good work dawg , the girl in purple is supposed to be Kate Bishop (Hawkeye II) but I knew I went wrong with her as I sincerlly regretted painting everything on the same layer. Thanks though!
