Download this , which contains modified Visbubble, and replace everything in "My Documents > Rainmeter > Skins".
The .rmskin contains modified Shutdown Command and layout only.

So if I read the description correctly when the files are downloaded find the .rmskin and it will have the layout for how you have it setup in this picture?

Yes, as long as you've downloaded all the skins, just load up "Piano" layout and it'll have the exact setup in this picture.
I think I had modified Visbubble a bit but I'm not entirely sure so feel free to drop another comment if it's not the same size / colour as shown in this picture.
But please do keep in mind that this was done in a 1366 x 768 resolution screen so it's best if you have a resolution that has the aspect ratio of 16:9.

To be honest, I don't remember the values that I changed.
Fortunately, I haven't done anything to Visbubble yet so it's still available.
I uploaded it so, download it, extract it and replace everything in your "My Documents > Rainmeter > Skins".
