To answer your question. The circled date is in reference to when I planned to upload this comic (which I did submit this comic on the 20th of January if memory serves). And you can see that I actually drew and inked this comic the day before (which is why the other dates are crossed out).
So in a strange way, I guess you could say it's like a birthday present for you!
