Description
The final pokemon on Zing's [link] PCBC team, Plague is 7 years old; her battling carrier is almost over. Zing didn't want to enter her at first because of her inexperience in battling. However, Chari, Plagues Mentor, convinced Zing to enter her.

Nature: Adamant, Highly persistent
Item: Life Orb (inside the skull on her neck. No- one knows how, or why, she put it there)

Attacks:

Headbutt: Plague runs straight towards the enemy and bashes into them with her horns

Crunch: Plague will use her powerful jaws to bite savagely into the foe

Flamethrower: Plague will shoot a stream of fire from her mouth

Solerbeam: Plague's back armor and eyes will glow green and collect energy from the sun, then she will shoot a powerful beam of energy from her mouth

Personality:
Plague was caught as a Houndour late in Zing's second and final round through Jhoto. She was very low-leveled and inexperienced compared to the other members of Zing's team, so she was seldom sent into battle. She never grew much stronger because Zing left Jhoto about 2 months after she had caught Plague.
Because she was seldom used in battle, Plague believes that Zing sees her as an unworthy team member. She is constantly trying to prove herself to Zing to make up for her weakness in the past.
Plague is very loyal and craves Zing's approval and acceptance more then anything. Much like Flare, she will do anything that Zing says, and she often tries to go above and beyond what Zing's order was to impress her. However, because of her inexperience, this often ends in a loss for her, because even though she has trained constantly at Zing's secret base, she has not improved her abilities much and still remains the weakest member of the team.

Distinguishing Features:
Plague looks much like a regular Houndoom except for the markings above her eyes and her horns. Because of her age, her horns are curled forward like a rams. The orange markings above her eyes often give her face a sad appearance.

Battle Style:
Because Plague wants to be seen as a worthy member of Zing's team, she tries harder then any of Zing's other pokemon during a battle. She has no sense of self preservation and will not even blink when diving into a powerful, deadly attack. She thinks that by putting herself into dangerous situations, she will prove how strong she is. However, whenever she does this,it is often too much for her to handle, so in the end, she will loose. However, she is very determined and even after so many losses, she still won't give up her kamikaze way of fighting.
The Life Orb inside her chest makes her attacks almost %50 stronger, however, it damages her every turn, and if the battle draws out too long, blood will begin seeping from the 'skull's eyes and mouth. She doesn't pay attention to this injury at all however, and only focuses on winning.
Because of her raw determination, Zing expects to see Plague slowly grow stronger over the course of the tournament. However, during the first few rounds, she will likely loose many battles.
