Description
The final character designs for my senior project. These guys are Jyana, the goddess of life, and Valkren, the god of death. They are old characters of mine, and you can actually see pictures of them in my gallery from a few years ago.

Jyana is the dragon, and she is the moon that circles the planet The Creator makes. Valkren is the deer guy and he is the sun.

They are quite literally the sun and moon, but they use magic to create the forms you see here, so they can go down to the world and give life and death to the things living there.

Jyana is meant to have a very peaceful looking face, and her movements are always graceful and playful. Valkren is the opposite, and always crashes around at full speed. His anatomy is pretty strange, he has a longer face then normal deer, and he also has an anteater tail. When he is escorting souls away from their bodies, he stores them inside his tail.

These are all the sketches I will show for this project. Since I am only a junior it will not be released for another 2 years, but I wanted to start on it early to give myself plenty of time with it.
