This guy was pretty darn cool. Though I still can't figure out exactly why he was necessary in the plot for the 50th. Why not just use Eight instead of introducing a brand new character and throwing off the numbering system? I just don't understand Moffat's mindset sometimes.Nonetheless, I enjoyed this one. War's muted colors really suit his background and he's one of the more remarkably dressed Doctors. There's just something about his clothes that I like.

Yah I agree, I wish they had got Paul in, but Moffat wanted a twist I guess. :\ I have not been impressed with Moffat all that much. I miss Davies too much.
