Madam Macroon (or M&M) the Female Jellicent
Head of the Jelli Eatery producing sweets for the known Pokeworld! She has a perky attitude towards everything even if it annoys others. Pk often goes to the Cafe for cake but gets frustrated at M&M's personality. She is said to have ahd a relationship with someone owning the Spinda Cafe.

Gumball the Male Reuniclus
Co-head of the Cafe and works with frozen treats and cakes. He adores all customers except fire types. His body almost never gets cold or hot and is extremely flexible.

Black Cherry the Female Gothita
The anti-social employee out only to get money. She works on making the chocolate and adding accessories to the cakes. She is almost always seen chewing bubble gum.
