The AU: Desecrating canon one episode at a time.Sorry, no new College Arc page right now. This is part of The Others Arc, which is my way of explaining what happened with everyone that is not Katara and Zuko after The Fire XD (Hakoda is alive, YAY!)
When I saw Katara and Hakoda's scene in The Awakening, I HAD to draw this. That's why it's so messy, I just sat and drew it super fast to get it out of my system =3 I got so much stuff I want to draw! (thank GOD for new Avatar episodes and my renewed inspiration~!)
Yeah, all the dialog is from The Awakening.

That's awesome that you made Hakoda be in the army (or marines, I can't tell)! However, he does need to shave his face. Facial fur in the military isn't kosher. just thought you ought to know.

Aw, a great AU. At first, I was hesitant of reading this, simply because I accidentally found it, and it was at the AU Azula moment. Of course, now, I can read it just fine. Well, once I get the time.

I'm normally not that enthusiastic about Zutara, but this series is so well done it won me over. I'd love to learn more about Sokka in this setting. What happened with Suki and Yue? Is he still the freaky genius he is in the show? Does he even go to college? What happened to his and Katara's mother?
Even if you never get to these questions you've produces a really deep and meaningful series. I'll be watching for the rest of it. That probably doesn't mean too much seeing as you've already got over 3400 watchers, but I just wanted you to know I appreciate your work.

Nice concept on putting it in a modern situation. That scene was really dramatic and great to see since it gave a bit more background on how Katara is feeling. Just great work sketching and putting it in this sort of time.

Also, Sokka makes me wonder how much he wanted to kill Jet when he found out he was sleeping with his sister. We know that sokka used to kick him out of Katara's room, but I'd love to see the look on their faces. ^-^

This is amazing. The way that Sokka's posture and face are saying almost to completely different things (to me, anyway) is amazing. I love the use of actual dialogue from the show.
And now, for my really crappy science joke of the day: The AU is gold! (Au is the symbol for gold... *is shot*) This is what happens when you're on dArt when you should be doing chemistry homework.
