Draco/Ginny fanart inspired by the fic Not Quite Fate by Hearts CadenceCarefully, he arranged her hair, soft as a unicornβs mane and vividly bright as dragon fire, back around her shoulders, allowing himself a moment to run his hands through those strands one last time, committing to memory the picture they made in the mirror. Then he stepped back.

Oh. My. God. I just saw this pic and LOVED it, and being the little fanfic whore I am, I ran off to read Not Quite Fate. It's gorgeous! I love this pic even more having read it - the writing and the beautiful image match each other so perfectly it'd be hard to tell which came first if I didn't already know
*huggle* I think I might just possibly be turned to semi-supporting this ship. Even if it's been officially sunk by canon, and Draco was such an adorable DH of another, not deathly kind in Book 7
I love Draco's facial expression here - and the beam of light and mirror speckles are so pretty... they really add to it. Maybe one of my favourites by you! If you take breaks from the Avatar AU for lovely pieces like this, I honestly can't complain

Weirdly...I had a dream about Draco last night...I call it weird because he's not my favourite character, though I do have a soft spot for him...I saw everything through the eyes of a girl who was the object of his fumbling affections...I know it wasn't me because she could read his thoughts and he thought she was beautiful, even though he didn't know if she was a muggle, a mudblood or a pure blood, he was just that taken by her...and though many words could be used to describe me, 'beautiful' isn't one of them...maybe I should use it as a basis for a fanfic or something...but I'm rambling...
