This is an absolutely stunning art work! The soft strokes that seem to fade into the white of the canvas give it an impression of brightness and your style nails stylised yet naturalistic look. The fine details on the bowl and embroidery look beautiful.
The characters have an intense moment and you placed them correctly in relation to each other, also establishing the female as slightly shorter and her hands more delicate than the male's. The gaze they exchange is so well executed and feels totally real and believable. I also like their eyes very much.
The only thing holding it back is the anatomy of the maiden's face. Her jaw is too short in comparison to her forehead and nose. It makes her whole face look a bit too small and short - I can't imagine correct anatomy underneath the skin (like cheekbones, gums, two rows of teeth, jawbone), there simply is no room for all of that.
The background is beautiful, too, but upon looking at the overall piece, I wonder why you framed it this way. Why is the composition leaning to the right so much? Maybe a symmetrical composition would help to focus on the characters and the bowl they are holding. Instead, the viewer's attention might be drawn towards the bit of background in the top right corner - because it is so detailed and sharp, you made it seem as important as the male elf.
Just crop the image and see, if you get what I mean Maybe, you will like it better that way yourself.
Otherwise, a really mesmerising piece of art.
Thank you for sharing it.

Thank you very much for such a detailed review! Thank you so much for your time, and for me it is very valuable that you give real feedback! Yeah, you're right, maybe I'll have to work on this picture, I still think about her as some things to do better. The faces there are largely conditional, I haven't checked their anatomy. I like to paint "a La prima", the first impression, even when I draw digital) thanks again, this feedback helps to think over the design and feel of their necessity!

I wish you a Happy and blessed New Year my friend, I do not know what is happening in your life, but I hope this new year will bring hope and strength to you and that as each new day comes it will bring a chance to grow, learn and inspire.
Lovely art work, I like the back ground it reminds me of a middle-eastern window. the colours are beautiful yet subtle. I also really like the teary eyes (forgive me if I am wrong). A very moving, emotional piece. You really have such talent, keep up the good work!
