yeah I k now his eyes sucked big time! I tried it over for a dozen times, and got so frustrated with it that in the end I decided to keep them like this ^^'

anyways, you should really finish ur drawings because when u leave the feet cut off it hurts ur drawing, it doesn't look complete. i know the guy is kinda leaning back, but where u rested down his left hand is too low. it should just be under this waist/arse and it should really be behind him to convey that type of balance. as for Sakura, we should see less of her left leg.
Aside from the Sakura's leg, she is the best drawing in the picture. You really captured her proportion and pose from the shoulder to the head. well done. don't forget, when the lower arms flex into the uppers (how she brings up her right hand to cover his ear) the biceps don't really overlap the lower arm because it gets squished. flex ur arms and u'll c.

and btw Genma is an elite Jounins (just like kakashi). He's also the second one who was judging the Chuunin exam's third stage preliminary matches ( he took over from Hayate (the sick guy) who was killed befor the finals of the exam). It is said that he and kakashi are best friends (wich isn't really weird since they both have the lazy, bored and extreme layed mack attitude ;D )

yep he was. He was also the one who decided to still let Sasuke enter since he was late. ( he said that with a sensei like kakashi the kid couldn't really be blamed LOL)
