Description
From The Binding Of Isaac, I made a small drawing of "???" with some of my favorite items.

Here's the full list of items:

-The Halo: It adds 1 to every stat.

-Dead Bird: When you are hit it flies off and starts attacking enemies close to you.

-Halo of flies: 2 Small flies orbit around you protecting you from incoming shots.

-Cube of Meat lvl2: Orbits around you protecting you from incoming shots and he also fires blood tears.
- Lucky foot: Increases luck and prevents you from finding a bad pill.
- Lord of the pit: Gives you wings (like red bull xD)

- The parasite: On hit your shots are divided in two, making it possible to hit more enemies.

- Whore of Babylon: When you're at half a heart, it makes you bigger, adds +3 to damage. Note that since ??? only has Soul Hearts this item is always active on him.

-Small Rock: +2 to damage.

-The battery: Makes your usable item recharge by 1 each 20 seconds you are on a room with monsters. Works up to 3 times per room.

-9 Volt: After using your item, it recharges by 2.

-The Rosary: Increases faith...in other words it gives you 3 Soul Hearts and increases the chance of The Bible appearing.

-Gish: Familiar, follows you around shooting weak shots which can paralize enemies.

-1UP: Just as it says, a 1UP.

-The Relic: Gives you a soul heart upon completion of every fourth room.

The Nail: When used, gives 1 Soul Heart, increases damage by 1 BUT decreases speed by 1. It also allows you to destroy rocks by simply walking to them.
