Emperor Mage Ozorne for from the Tamora Pierce book series.That's a lot of bling.

"Lots of bling" is the only proper way to do Ozorne (unless you go with the book4!Stormwing!Ozorne, but they he just has shiny steel feathers all over the place). The gilding on his face looks really cool, and the outfit definitely feels like otherworldly-Egypt. Great work!

I like it! ^_^ Although having small hands, feminine clothing, posture, and eye make-up, but a very masculine face makes him look rather uncomfortably like a drag queen. (I'm fine with gay people--actually more comfortable around gay men than straight ones-- but for some reason drag queens trigger the Uncanny Valley factor for me. Dunno if that's anyone else.)
As an aside, I loved those books. <3 I kid you not, the Immortals Quartet pretty much set my personality on track to where it is now, although it's very hard being the only environmentally-conscious fifth grader. (It's gotten a little better, but caring about the environment is like having an STD: mentioning it is a surefire way to kill a conversation.)

While sketching it, :iconchaos2112 noted me how she thought of him as "Egyptianish" so I scribbled a bunch of random designs that took up negative space on his neck and tried to make it like Horus wings and/or Scarab figures.
