This is a long overdue gift art for a friend of mine, Rachael. She sent me some more money in time of need and I asked if I could draw her something in return, so she requested a Western style dragon with a flirty pose/expression.I had to redraw it like. . . 10 times before I came up with a sketch that looked decent enough to finish. ;-;
I apologize it's so late, but honestly I am very glad I waited. If I hadn't waited, it would not have come out nearly as nice as this one did. Granted, there's still problems with it, but it's still way better than I thought I could do. ^^

n//n I'm flattered that you like it THIS much~ Hehe. The wings were pretty tough, kind of a pain in the ass actually, but I do think myself that they look great. I mentioned to a friend that I was having trouble drawing them, so he told me to use the closest real life reference I could think of. I was like "But. . . Dragons aren't real. <.<" so he's like "use bat wings for a reference, duh."

If anyone commissioned me and it took as long as this did, they'd be throwing megafits and prolly demanding refunds. <.<
When and if I start getting commissioned regularly, I'm gonna make a "no refund policy", cuz like. . . there's no possible way for me to refund unless they paid me in physical person anyway. x.x Course that's why with my normal commissions, I have this thing where they pay after I've started or completely finished the pic. =3

I've never used bat wings directly for reference...but I've used the idea. I hardly ever use references, actually. Maybe if I did I'd be drawing better XD
That would probably be a good idea. It seems like when it comes to things like art commission, where a person has limited control over what they're getting, they tend to get nit-picky and hard to please =_='' which is silly, because it's YOUR art, following YOUR style and YOUR schedule. At least if they pay after they've seen how it's started, you don't have someone pitching a fit when they don't like how it turns out after you've gone and finished the whole thing.
Of course! Let me know if you ever need anything else. I don't know if I can pull another stunt like I did the first time again, but I'm always willing to do something to help out a friend

Hopefully I won't NEED anymore help. ^^ Sean's got a new, nice job that pays more than Walmart did, and for him to do less! Plus they're really picky with who they hire and promise the chance to get promoted. ^^

He's just a cashier at a gas station called QT. Their main office for the chain in our area is nearby, so Sean has potential to even get a suit-and tie job with them if he were to be promoted. =3

I'd have the power to deal great happiness and joy to others with that kind of money. First thing I'd do is show up at this one person's house that I know, and pay off her $7,000+ medical bills. =B I'd bring nurses with me just in case the shock of it cause a seizure. o-0 She's in kind of a sensitive condition. ;o
