I really like the color u use Purple green white black. The outcome is great :! I am not sure there is any manipulation on the char more as Her face looks pretty grey.

Again the background is beautiful and the girl is beautiful but the combo looks fake. Her outline is very fuzzy and looks cut out, even at night in fairy worlds people don't have fuzzy glowing outlines. But in any case your concept is beautiful and works well, and you definately will be somone to contend with in the future. Good work
