Another OC redraw, this time for Elena Vitayev, an Angelus Tech soldier who specializes in tracking with her trusty dog, Roy.

Her timeline skips half a decade, which funny enough, is the exact five years I was in art school. So her 2011-to-2016 jump is like night and day.

In terms of story, Elena’s more of a supporting character, and her role within her PMC, Angelus Tech, is to track down and locate any Angelus operatives who have gone rogue. More specifically, she tracks down Rebirth Program subjects, who are people who underwent bio-science experiments to gain any variety of superhuman abilities. Elena herself is not one of these subjects, and has no superhuman powers to speak of--she’s just an experienced soldier and expert tracker. That usually means Elena is well aware that her superpowered targets are often well out of her league in a head-on fight. Upon finding rogue subjects, she’ll either call in reinforcements or take a careful and patient trap-based approach.

Elena is very much used to her job, and can leave a pretty blasé and laidback impression even while on duty. That attitude can kind of butt heads with her superior officers, but beneath the surface she does take her work very seriously, and it’s hard to argue with her results. Outside of commanding officers, she very much enjoys fraternizing with fellow staff, giving her lots of friendly connections in some unexpected places around Angelus Tech.
